Reservation Terms and Conditions
IGV (GENERAL SALES TAX) EXEMPTION LAW
- IGV Exemption: Only foreign passengers who are non-residents in Peru and have stayed in the country for less than 60 days will be exempt from the Peruvian tax (18%). The foreign passport with the entry stamp and the migratory card must be presented, from which a copy will be made. No exemption applies in any other case.
- IGV exemption as a tourism incentive for foreign guests and Peruvian non-residents in Peru for a period of no more than 60 days (Legislative Decree 919).
CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICIES
- A reservation may be canceled or modified as long as it is done at least 48 hours prior to check-in. If this deadline is not met, charges for the rooms and nights canceled within the following 48 hours from the cancellation date will be applied as a penalty to the credit card provided as a guarantee. If the guest does not show up at the hotel (No-show) without prior notice, 100% of the stay plus taxes and service charges will be automatically charged to the card provided as a guarantee. The room will be held until 12:00 p.m. (noon) the following day, even if the reservation was made for more than one night.
- You are informed that any No-Show charges (penalty for not appearing at the hotel on the reservation date without prior notice, or for not canceling within the required advance period according to the policy) will result in the issuance of the corresponding payment receipt/invoice, which includes the total amount of the reservation, the applicable charges, and legally required taxes.
- Any change, modification, or cancellation of this reservation must be made through the same channel used to confirm the reservation; changes through any other means will not be accepted.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION ON THE WEBSITE
- The service amount shown during the purchase process includes only the accommodation rate plus a 10% service charge.
- If the guest is of Peruvian nationality or is domiciled in Peru, they must pay IGV (18% of the subtotal) directly at the hotel, in addition to the amounts indicated above.
- In the case of foreign guests not domiciled in Peru who stay less than 60 days in the country and present their original passport with entry stamp and the Andean Migration Card at check-in, they may be exempt from paying IGV in accordance with Peruvian legislation.
- You are informed that any No-Show charges (penalty for not appearing at the hotel on the reservation date without prior notice, or for not canceling within the required advance period according to the policy) will result in the issuance of the corresponding payment receipt/invoice, which includes the total amount of the reservation, the applicable charges, and legally required taxes.
GENERAL POLICIES:
- Please note that this confirmation is valid only for the dates and conditions indicated above. The hotel does not guarantee that rooms will be available before the stated arrival time. Likewise, guests must vacate the room at the specified time on the day of departure, unless previously arranged with the hotel reception.
- All early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and/or an additional charge. A reservation is considered canceled only when cancellation approval from the Reservations Department has been received. If no cancellation request and response exist, a No-Show charge will be applied. You are informed that if you cancel a reservation within the established period (48 hours or more prior to the check-in date), a refund may be issued. This transaction generates bank fees, which must be borne by the guest.
