Reservation Terms and Conditions
VAT EXEMPTION LAW (GENERAL SALES TAX – IGV)
- VAT Exemption: Only foreign passengers who are not residents in Peru and whose stay is less than 60 days will be exempt from the Peruvian VAT (18%). It is necessary to present a foreign passport with the entry stamp and the migration card, from which a copy will be obtained. No other cases qualify for exemption.
- VAT exemption as a tourism incentive applies to foreign guests and Peruvian citizens who are non-residents in Peru for a period not exceeding 60 days (D.L. 919).
CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICIES
- You may cancel or modify a reservation provided it is done at least 48 hours prior to check-in. If this deadline is not met, charges for the cancelled rooms and nights within the next 48 hours from the cancellation date will apply as a penalty to the card provided as guarantee. In case of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the stay plus taxes and service charges will be automatically charged to the guarantee card. The room will be held until 12:00 p.m. the following day, even if the reservation was made for more than one night.
- Please be advised that the charges made by the company for No Show (penalty for not showing up at the hotel on the day of your reservation without prior notice or for not canceling it in advance according to the policy) will generate the issuance of the respective payment receipt, which includes the total amount of the reservation, the respective charges and legal taxes.
- Any changes, modifications, or cancellations to this reservation must be made through the same channel by which the reservation was confirmed. No changes will be accepted via other means.
GENERAL POLICIES:
- Please note that this confirmation is valid only for the dates and conditions stated above.
- The hotel does not guarantee room availability before the established check-in time. Guests must vacate the room by the designated check-out time unless previously coordinated with the hotel reception.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and/or an additional charge.
- A reservation is only considered cancelled when a confirmation of cancellation has been received from the Reservations Department. If no request and response for cancellation exist, a No-Show charge will be applied.
- In case you cancel your reservation within the allowed time period (48 hours or more before check-in), a refund may be issued. Any bank fees incurred from this transaction must be covered by the guest.
