Terms and Conditions – Children and Teenagers Stay Free Policy

This policy applies at the following twelve hotels: Costa del Sol Wyndham Lima Airport, Costa del Sol Wyndham Lima City, Wyndham Grand Lima Airport, Costa del Sol Wyndham Arequipa, Costa del Sol Wyndham Cusco, Costa del Sol Wyndham Trujillo Golf, Costa del Sol Trujillo Centro, Costa del Sol Wyndham Piura, Costa del Sol Wyndham Chiclayo, Costa del Sol Wyndham Cajamarca, Costa del Sol Wyndham Tumbes, and Costa del Sol Wyndham Pucallpa.

Age and Registration

• The child’s or teenager’s age must be provided at the time of booking.
• The minor must be registered and stay accompanied by at least one parent, legal guardian, or duly authorized responsible adult.
• Where applicable, proof of the legal or judicial relationship with the minor must be provided. If such proof is unavailable, written authorization for travel and accommodation, with a signature notarized by a notary public, must be submitted. This requirement applies to Peruvian and foreign minors, as well as to documents or powers of attorney issued and notarized in Peru or abroad.
• At check-in, the hotel may request the documents necessary to verify the minor’s identity and age, the identity and status of the accompanying adult, and any documentation establishing the relevant relationship or authorization.
• The guest or lead booker is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about all minors included in the reservation.
• If the minor turns 18 before check-in, they will no longer be eligible for the benefits of this policy.

1. Room Occupancy

• The benefit applies provided that the minor shares the room and existing beds with at least one registered, paying adult.
• A maximum of two minors aged 17 or younger per room is permitted, provided that the booked room category allows such occupancy.
• The maximum occupancy established for each room category takes precedence over the terms of this policy. Under no circumstances may the authorized maximum occupancy be exceeded.

2. Cribs and Extra Beds

• Cribs for babies up to 2 years old are available free of charge, subject to availability and upon prior request.
• Extra beds are not included in this policy. Where permitted for the room category, they are available at an additional charge.
• Sofa beds are available only in room categories that offer this facility and are subject to an additional charge.

3. Breakfast and Other Services

• Children registered in the reservation are entitled to complimentary buffet breakfast when this service is included in the adult’s booked rate.
• This policy does not include other food, beverages, or additional services that are not expressly included in the booked rate.
• Any additional consumption or services will be charged according to the hotel’s current rates.
• The welcome drink is not available to minors.

4. Stay Requirements and Availability

• No minimum length of stay is required to qualify for the benefits of this policy.
• The application of this policy is subject to availability and the terms of the selected rate and room category.
• Any reservation modification involving a change in the number or age of guests may affect the applicable terms or rate.

5. Additional Conditions

• All minors must be declared in the reservation. The hotel may request the documentation necessary to verify their age, confirm compliance with registration and accommodation requirements, and verify the identity and authorization of the responsible adult, as applicable.
• Failure to provide the required documentation entitles the hotel to refuse entry or accommodation to the minor, in accordance with the applicable requirements.
• The parents, legal guardians, or accompanying responsible adult are responsible for the supervision and care of minors.
• This policy cannot be combined with other benefits unless expressly stated otherwise.
• This policy may be modified or suspended without prior notice. Additional terms and conditions may apply depending on the hotel, rate, or room category booked.
