- To comply with legal requirements and other requirements applicable to the organization.
- To control processes responsibly, using available resources efficiently for the protection of the environment, which includes preventing environmental pollution and improving the management of our processes and services, while conveying our commitment to sustainable development to all employees, suppliers, and customers.

Scope of the Integrated Management System
The scope of the quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 and the environmental management system based on ISO 14001:2015 is:
“RECEPTION AND ACCOMMODATION OF GUESTS, HOUSEKEEPING, FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE, ORGANIZATION OF EVENTS, AND RECREATIONAL SERVICES.”
Non-applicability: For the Costa del Sol Hotel Chain, requirement 8.3 of ISO 9001:2015 does not apply.
