Is there an extra charge for children on the shuttle?
There is no additional cost, as long as the child is a guest.
Does the hotel provide baby or toddler seats?
We do not provide child restraint seats, so we recommend that parents or guardians bring their own if traveling with children under 3 years of age.
Is a special seat required for children?
For safety regulations, children aged 0 to 3 must travel in their own child restraint system (CRS), which must be provided by the guest. Children aged 3 to 12 must use the seatbelt installed in the vehicle.
How many children can travel per shuttle ride?
The number allowed will depend on the vehicle type and total capacity. If you are traveling with several children, please coordinate in advance with the front desk to ensure a safe and comfortable transfer.
