The shuttle pick-up point is on the first floor of Jorge Chávez Airport, at door number 3 in the international arrivals area.
Can I bring more than one pet on the shuttle?
As per hotel policy, only one pet is allowed per transfer to ensure the comfort of all guests.
Can I take my pet out of the kennel during the ride?
No. For the safety of all passengers, your pet must remain inside its carrier for the entire journey between the hotel and the airport.

What type of pets can travel on the hotel shuttle?
