For your comfort and safety, we kindly ask you to complete a registration form before your treatment. Please notify us of any specific requirements for your visit, including injuries, illnesses, or allergies. Our team will be happy to recommend the most suitable services for you.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to complete the registration form and prepare for your session. Kindly note that late arrivals may shorten your treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, appointments will end at the originally scheduled time.

The changing rooms, steam sauna, heated pool, jacuzzi, and relaxation lounge are available during your stay at our spa. Access to the pool is exclusive to registered hotel guests.

As these are shared spaces, we kindly request maintaining silence and speaking softly out of consideration for others.

Additionally, please turn off your mobile phones upon entering the Spa. A prior shower and the use of swimwear at all times are required for access.

For your convenience, a 10% service charge will be added to your bill. This percentage is a discretionary gratuity and may be adjusted based on your satisfaction with the services provided.

The spa is located on the ground floor of the hotel.
