Shuttle service usage regulations
The use of the hotel-provided shuttle service is subject to the following rules and conditions, in order to ensure the safety, comfort, and efficiency of passenger transportation:
Waiting Time and Departure
- The maximum waiting time before departure is five (5) minutes, according to the published schedule.
- If the vehicle reaches its maximum capacity before the waiting time is up, it will depart immediately without waiting for the full grace period.
Luggage Regulations
- Luggage transport is subject to the availability of designated space within the vehicle.
- Each passenger may carry a maximum of one 23 kg suitcase, one 10 kg suitcase, and one backpack.
- Placing luggage on seats or in aisles is not permitted, as it may inconvenience other passengers, cause damage, or pose safety risks within the vehicle.
- Passengers traveling with luggage exceeding the allowed limits must hire a private transportation service.
Prohibitions Inside the Vehicle
- Smoking or using vaping devices inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited, in accordance with Law No. 28705 – General Law for the Prevention and Control of the Risks Associated with Tobacco Consumption.
