This fully-equipped bar offers a variety of cocktails and liquors, with many of its Novo Andina creations unique to the hotel. These include the Cactus Fruit Daiquiri and Coca Leaf Martini, as well as the traditional Pisco Sour Catedral. The bar is open from 12:00 noon until 12:00 midnight.
