About us

We are a Peruvian hotel chain that began operating in 1995. We currently have seven hotels located in Peru’s most important travel destinations.

Our main objective is to satisfy the expectations of our clients by providing quality service,

avoiding the pollution that comes from our activities and achieving continual improvement in all our operations.

The services we offer are: accommodation, restaurant, bar, events, conferences and leisure.

Our history

We opened our first head office in the frontier city of Tumbes in northern Peru in the year 1995. Since that time, we have continued to grow thanks to the belief of our directors in the development of Peru.

In subsequent years, we opened a hotel in Piura in 1998, in Chiclayo in 2001, and in Cajamarca in 2005.

Next, we opened the Hotel Costa del Sol Ramada in 2007, which is strategically located within Lima’s Jorge Chávez International Airport. This hotel offers all of its services on a 24-hour basis.

In 2010, we acquired a Cusco relic: the mansion of the Marquis de Picoaga, an architectural jewel from Peru’s colonial period

located just a short walk from Cusco’s Plaza de Armas (Main Square).

This was the first hotel in the chain, and it is located in the city of eternal summer. Opened in 1995, on the site of the ex-Hotel Turistas, it has 54 comfortable rooms, 1 conference room with a capacity for 120 persons, and 1 boardroom with a capacity for up to 20 persons. It is considered the best hotel in this welcoming city, and it is located in the center of the city just 15 minutes from the airport.


This hotel, in the land of the craftspeople that produce the finest ceramics and filigree work, was opened in 1997. It has 68 spacious rooms, 5 conference rooms with a capacity for up to 300 persons, and 2 boardrooms with a capacity for up to 8 persons. It is located just 10 minutes from the airport.


This hotel began operations in 2001, in the city of friendship. It has 82 comfortable rooms, 6 conference rooms with a capacity for up to 330 persons and 2 boardrooms with a capacity for up to 15 persons. It is located just 5 minutes from the airport, in the center of the city.


This was the first hotel in the chain to be opened in the northern highlands of Peru, in the carnival city, and it is located facing the Plaza de Armas, with a spectacular view (in what was once the old Hotel Turistas). It was refurbished entirely in 2005 and again in 2010. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the airport and it has 71 comfortable rooms, 5 conference rooms with a capacity for up to 300 persons and 1 boardroom with a capacity for 10 persons.

Lima (Jorge Chávez International Airport)

This is the only hotel strategically located within Jorge Chávez International Airport, where guests will find all services open 24 hours a day. It has 130 comfortable rooms with soundproofed windows which offer a welcoming and refreshing rest after a long journey. In addition, the hotel has 4 conference rooms with a capacity for up to 250 persons and 3 boardrooms with a capacity for up to 40 persons.


This traditional colonial mansion house once belonged to the Marquis de Picoaga in the 17th century. Today, it has been refurbished to become a comfortable hotel. It has 72 finely decorated rooms and 1 conference room with a capacity for up to 60 persons.
